Aerobic Classes

All classes include a warm up, cool down, abs and a final stretch.
   

Step: This class utilizes a “step” which can be adjusted between 4” and 10” in height. Step aerobics is a great way to get your cardiovascular exercise and bring variety to your exercise routine. This class is open to all experience levels.

Interval: This class combines the cardiovascular benefits of step aerobics with the use of weights. Interval training involves alternating short bursts of intense activity (the step) with active recovery (the weights), a less intense form of activity. This class is excellent for people who are new to exercise or seasoned exercisers who want to take their workout to the next level.

Body Sculpting: This class is designed to increase the strength of bones, muscles and connective tissue (the tendons and ligaments), which decreases the risk of injury. The class is individualized so that whether you are new to weights or an expert.

Stretch: This class is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion, increase physical and mental relation, and reduce muscle tension and soreness. Stretching also prevents injury. All levels welcome.
